Job summary

Parry's Pizzeria & Taphouse is seeking a part-time Prep Cook for our original Parker location, roughly 20–25 hours per week. The role focuses on ingredient prep, kitchen organization, and supporting food quality and safety standards to ensure smooth service.

Responsibilities include following recipes, maintaining proper portion sizes, labeling and storing items, and keeping a clean, safe BOH environment. Flexibility to work nights and weekends is required, with a team-driven culture and growth

Qualifications

• Nights and weekends availability required.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Ability to follow recipes and prep standards consistently.
• Comfortable standing for extended periods.
• Adherence to food safety and sanitation practices.
• Clear communication with Kitchen Managers and BOH teammates.

Responsibilities

• Prepare ingredients following recipes, prep sheets, and standards.
• Manage time efficiently to complete prep tasks.
• Ensure correct portion sizes, flavors, and presentation.
• Label, date, and store all food items properly.
• Keep the kitchen clean and organized during shifts.
• Wash dishes, sanitize surfaces and remove waste as needed.
• Follow safety and sanitation practices consistently.
• Communicate clearly with Kitchen Managers and BOH teammates.
