Job summary

Gameday Social Pub is seeking a Prep Cook to join a high-energy kitchen team. You will be responsible for receiving and preparing menu items with accuracy, speed, and consistency, ensuring quality and proper portions while staying organized during busy shifts.

We value dependability, clear communication, and adherence to food safety standards. Weekend availability is required, with morning shifts on Mondays, Wednesdays, and Fridays, and final scheduling based on staffing needs.

Qualifications

• Previous line cook or kitchen experience preferred.
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong work ethic and reliability.
• Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 lbs.
• Food safety knowledge.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and cook menu items according to recipes and standards.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of assigned station.
• Ensure food quality and portion control.
• Follow all food safety and sanitation guidelines.
• Restock and prep ingredients for service.
