Job summary

Parry's Pizzeria & Taphouse is seeking a part-time Prep Cook to support our Parker, CO location. This role involves preparing ingredients, maintaining kitchen organization, and upholding food quality and safety standards during service.

The position is 20-25 hours per week with flexible scheduling. Ideal candidates are detail-oriented, able to manage time, and comfortable standing for extended periods while following recipes and portion guidelines.

Responsibilities

• Prepare ingredients by following recipes and prep sheets.
• Maintain kitchen organization and cleanliness throughout the shift.
• Ensure correct portion sizes, taste profiles, and presentation.
• Label, date, and store all food items properly.
• Wash dishes, sanitize surfaces, and support BOH flow.
• Follow all safety and sanitation practices consistently.
• Communicate clearly with Kitchen Managers and BOH teammates.
