Responsibilities

• Follow prep list and complete tasks efficiently with speed and accuracy.
• Read and follow recipes using precise measurements and portions.
• Prepare ingredients using knife skills and various cooking methods (boiling, broiling, roasting, sautéing, frying, grilling).
• Prepare sauces, dressings, and soups for 200+ menu items.
• Operate kitchen equipment safely and maintain organization and cleanliness.
