Four Seasons Hotel Nashville, inside Bacco Restaurant & Bar, seeks a Cook 3 to support kitchen operations for breakfast, lunch and dinner. Prepare ingredients, set up stations, and help ensure consistent delivery of high-quality dishes.

Ideal candidates have a HS diploma or culinary training and 1–2 years in a kitchen. Duties include keeping equipment clean, following safety rules, and collaborating with staff in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or culinary training required.
• 1–2 years of culinary or kitchen prep experience preferred.
• Basic knife skills and familiarity with kitchen equipment.
• Knowledge of food safety, sanitation, and proper storage.

Responsibilities

• Prepare ingredients and food items per orders, following recipes and standards.
• Complete mise en place and set up stations for service.
• Start items prepared ahead of time and manage portions to minimize waste.
• Operate, maintain, and clean kitchen equipment (stoves, ovens, steamers, fryers, mixers).
• Date and rotate stock, store perishables properly.
• Check pars for shift usage and organize ingredients for line cooks.
• Assist in prep of vegetables, sauces, and other ingredients.
• Comply with Four Seasons policies and work standards.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized kitchen with team.
