The Cheesecake Factory is seeking a Prep Cook in Newark, Delaware to prepare hundreds of recipes with a focus on quality and consistency. You will work with a supportive kitchen team in a fast-paced environment, owning food preparation from start to finish and upholding high standards of safety and sanitation.

Qualifications

• Kitchen experience preferred
• Must be at least 18 years old
• Ability to multitask with efficiency
• Reliable and punctual with a positive attitude

Responsabilités

• Follow a prep list to complete tasks with speed and accuracy
• Read and follow recipes with precise measurements
• Prepare ingredients using knife skills (chopping, dicing, slicing)
• Use cooking methods including boiling, broiling, roasting, sauteing, frying, grilling
• Prep ingredients for 200+ menu items (sauces, dressings, soups)
• Operate ovens, fryers, broilers, flat tops, grills, mixers, slicers
• Label, date, rotate food using FIFO procedures
• Maintain organization, safety, cleanliness and sanitation
• Support teamwork with clear communication
• Work well under pressure while keeping high standards
