Qualifications

• Prior kitchen experience in the food service industry preferred.
• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for extended periods.
• Flexible with full-time or part-time opportunities and fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Follow a prep list and complete tasks efficiently with speed and accuracy.
• Read and follow recipes using precise measurements and portions.
• Prepare ingredients with strong knife skills (chopping, dicing, slicing).
• Use cooking methods including boiling, broiling, roasting, sauteing, frying, and grilling.
• Prepare ingredients for 200+ menu items and manage sauces, dressings, and soups.
• Operate kitchen equipment (ovens, fryers, broilers, flat tops, grills, tilt skillets, mixers, slicers).
• Label, date, and rotate food using FIFO procedures.
• Maintain organization, safety, cleanliness, and sanitation; follow food safety procedures.
• Support teamwork with clear communication and handle pressure with high standards.
