Kona-Grill is seeking a Prep Cook to join our kitchen team in a fast-paced dining environment. You will prep ingredients, follow recipes precisely, and maintain high food safety standards to support the culinary team during service.

Responsibilities include portioning, washing and cutting produce, assisting with proteins, and ensuring proper storage and station cleanliness. Night and weekend availability is required, with opportunities for growth within a global hospitality brand.

Qualifications

• Proficient knife skills and basic culinary techniques.
