Sally’s Apizza is expanding across locations and corporate roles, offering coaching, training, and promotion within the team. We seek reliable, detail-oriented individuals with strong customer focus to support busy kitchens and ensure quality prep and service.

As a prep cook, you will handle ingredient labeling, washing, chopping, and portioning, while maintaining sanitation and organization in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Hands-on experience with preparing and baking pizza dough.
• Good time-management skills.
• Flexibility to work in shifts, including weekends and evenings.

Responsibilities

• Label and stock all ingredients on shelves so they can be organized and easily accessible.
• Measure ingredients and seasonings to be used in cooking.
• Prepare cooking ingredients by washing and chopping vegetables, cutting meat, and other meal prep.
• Set up workstations and ingredients so that food can be prepared according to recipes.
• Ensure that all food and other items are stored properly.
• Complete opening and closing checklists.
• Maintain a clean and sanitary workstation area in all areas of the prep kitchen.
• Follow proper sanitation procedures and health regulations.
