Responsibilities

• Prepare high-quality pizzas.
• Handle multiple food orders at one time.
• Manage others and work on a team.
• Put pizzas in the oven and monitor the fire.
• Replace cheeses, sauce, and toppings containers to ensure freshness.
• Label and stock all ingredients on shelves for easy access.
• Measure ingredients and seasonings for cooking.
• Prepare cooking ingredients by washing and chopping vegetables and cutting meat.
• Set up workstations and ingredients per recipes.
• Ensure proper storage of food and items.
• Complete opening and closing checklists.
• Maintain a clean, sanitary prep area.
