Qualifications

• Experience in kitchen prep or similar role.

• Able to stand for long periods and lift up to 50 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Prepare ingredients daily, including chopping, portioning, labeling, and storing.
• Follow all recipes and prep lists to ensure consistency and proper portioning.
• Maintain a clean, organized prep station and walk-in throughout the shift.
• Assist with dough preparation, sauce batching, and topping organization as needed.
• Monitor ingredient levels and restock stations to support line cooks and pizza cooks.
• Follow all food safety, sanitation, and temperature-control procedures; support opening, closing, and general kitchen duties as assigned.
• Communicate clearly with kitchen staff to ensure smooth workflow.
