The ideal candidate has hands-on pizza dough experience, a solid cooking background, and strong time-management. You will join a team focused on authenticity, cleanliness, safety, and guest satisfaction, with opportunities for growth.

Qualifications

• Hands-on experience with preparing and baking pizza dough.
• Proven experience as a line cook or in a similar culinary role.
• Strong knowledge of cooking techniques and kitchen equipment.
• Good time-management skills.

Responsibilities

• Prepare food items across Hot Line, Pizza Line, Garde Manger, and Dessert Station according to recipes and menu specifications.
• Execute and plate dishes from each station with presentation and portion control.
• Monitor the temperature of kitchen equipment and cooking times.
• Plate and package dishes according to buildsheets.
• Adhere to proper food handling and sanitation procedures to ensure safety and health regulations.
• Collaborate with kitchen team to ensure timely service and quality.
• Complete opening and closing duties in a timely manner.
