Job summary

The Indigo Road Hospitality Group is hiring a Prep Cook in Atlanta to support our dynamic kitchen team. You will handle daily prep, portion ingredients, and ensure adherence to cooking standards while maintaining a clean work area.

Ideal candidates have at least 1 year of kitchen prep or line cook experience, strong teamwork, and good communication. This role requires flexibility to work days, nights, weekends, and holidays in a fast-paced setting.

Qualifications

• 1+ year of kitchen prep or line cook experience.
• Ability to read and follow cooking directions.
• Able to communicate effectively with managers, staff, and guests.

Responsibilities

• Refer to Daily Prep List for each shift and complete opening/closing checklists.
• Prepare and portion meats, seafood, poultry, vegetables, and other items for cooking.
• Follow standard portion sizes, cooking methods, and kitchen policies.
• Maintain a clean, sanitary workstation and comply with cleanliness regulations.
