Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Refer to the daily prep list and complete opening/closing checklists.
• Prepare and portion meats, seafood, poultry, vegetables for cooking.
• Follow portion sizes, cooking methods, and kitchen policies consistently.
• Keep a clean, sanitary workstation and comply with sanitation rules.
