Responsibilities

• Prepare ingredients for cooking following recipes and portion guidelines.
• Control portions to minimize waste.
• Organize and stock ingredients to ensure smooth workflow.
• Maintain cleanliness and sanitation in all kitchen areas.
• Follow food handling procedures to ensure freshness.
• Assist with inventory management and notify shortages.
• Collaborate with kitchen staff to coordinate timing.
• Assist with opening and closing procedures.
• Assist with dishwashing as needed.
• Other duties as assigned.
