Qualifications

• Previous prep cook experience in a high-volume environment.
• Basic knowledge of food preparation techniques and kitchen equipment.
• Must be available to work weekends and holidays.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.

Responsibilities

• Assist with ingredient preparation: chopping, slicing, dicing, marinating.
• Follow portion control procedures to minimize waste.
• Organize and stock ingredients to ensure smooth workflow.
• Maintain cleanliness and sanitation across kitchen areas.
• Follow proper food handling to ensure freshness.
• Assist with inventory by monitoring stock and reporting shortages.
• Follow all safety procedures.
• Collaborate with kitchen staff to coordinate timing.
• Assist with opening and closing procedures.
• Assist with dishwashing as needed.
• Other duties as assigned.
