McMenamins Edgefield is looking for a Prep Cook to open the kitchen and handle early-day food preparation for the restaurant. Responsibilities include slicing, chopping, preparing sauces, rotating stock, maintaining walk-in organization, and upholding sanitation in a fast-paced setting.

Responsibilities
