Job summary

Gameday Social Pub is seeking a Prep Cook to join a fast-paced kitchen where accuracy, speed, and consistency are essential. You will receive and prepare orders, maintain station cleanliness, and support the team during peak game-day periods.

Responsibilities include following recipes, ensuring portion control, and communicating with management and front-of-house staff. Weekend availability is required, with specific shifts on Monday, Wednesday, and Friday mornings.

Qualifications

• Experience as a line cook or in a kitchen setting is preferred.
• Knowledge of food safety guidelines and proper sanitation practices.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow recipes consistently.
• Ability to work well with others in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
• Ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 50 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and cook menu items according to recipes and standards.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the assigned station.
• Ensure food quality and portion control.
• Follow all food safety and sanitation guidelines.
• Restock and prep ingredients for service.
