This role supports line cooks and kitchen leadership to ensure every station is stocked and ready for service. You will handle daily prep tasks, maintain organized prep areas, and communicate shortages or issues promptly.

Qualifications

• Experience in a kitchen or food prep preferred; training provided.

Responsibilities

• Prepare ingredients according to daily prep lists, recipes, and portion standards.
• Use knives and kitchen equipment safely and correctly.
• Label, date, store, and rotate prepped items following FIFO.
