Trapper's Sushi Co. is seeking a reliable Line Cook in Tukwila service area to join our busy kitchen. You will work closely with sushi chefs and BOH/FOH staff to ensure high-quality plates and timely service.

Qualifications

• 1+ year of line cook or kitchen experience preferred.
• Ability to follow recipes and maintain consistency in a high-volume environment.
• Strong time-management skills and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and cook menu items according to established recipes, portion standards, and presentation guidelines.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and sanitary workstation in compliance with health regulations.
• Follow food handling, labeling, storage, and rotation procedures using FIFO practices.
• Support kitchen operations by coordinating with BOH during peak service periods.
• Assist with food preparation, restocking, and opening/closing duties as assigned.
• Communicate clearly with BOH and FOH to keep service running smoothly.
• Monitor food quality and report issues to kitchen leadership.
