Trapper's Sushi in North Bend, WA seeks a reliable Line Cook for a fast-paced, high-volume kitchen. You will follow recipes, maintain sanitary stations, and collaborate with BOH and FOH teams to keep service moving.

You’ll join a multi-state restaurant group focused on growth, with competitive hourly pay and benefits. Washington state requirements apply, including food worker card and shift availability.

Qualifications

• 1+ year of line cook or kitchen experience preferred; training available for right candidate.
• Ability to follow recipes and maintain consistency in a high-volume kitchen.
• Strong time-management and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and cook menu items according to recipes and standards.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and sanitary workstation per health regulations.
• Follow FIFO procedures for labeling, storage, and rotation.
• Support kitchen operations during peak service with BOH team.
• Assist with food prep, restocking, and opening/closing duties.
• Communicate clearly with BOH and FOH to keep service smooth.
• Monitor food quality and report issues to kitchen leadership.
• Adhere to safety standards, knife handling, and sanitation practices.
