Responsibilities

• Set up batter table and prepare batter mix.
• Ensure call sheets are complete, posted and used.
• Report equipment malfunctions to the Manager in Charge.
• Maintain proper shortening level for fryers and fryers cleanliness.
• Prepare and cook food as directed by Manager in Charge.
• Maintain clean, organized workspace and stock cooler.
• Perform other tasks as assigned by Manager in Charge of Shift.
