Responsibilities

• Follow a prep list and complete tasks with speed and accuracy.
• Read and follow recipes with precise measurements and portions.
• Prepare ingredients using knife skills for 200+ menu items.
• Operate kitchen equipment such as ovens, fryers, grills, and mixers.
• Label, date, and rotate food using FIFO procedures.
• Maintain organization, safety, cleanliness, and sanitation.
