• Comfort with following recipes, portioning, and measurements.

Responsibilities

• Follow prep list and complete tasks quickly with accuracy.
• Read and follow recipes with precise measurements and portioning.
• Prepare ingredients using knife skills (chop, dice, slice).
• Handle cooking methods including boiling, broiling, roasting, sautéing, frying and grilling.
• Prep ingredients for 200+ menu items like sauces, dressings, soups.
• Operate ovens, fryers, broilers, flat tops, grills and mixers.
• Label, date, rotate food using FIFO.
• Maintain organization, safety, cleanliness and sanitation.
• Support team through clear communication under pressure.
