Qualifications

• Prior kitchen experience in a fast-paced environment is preferred.
• Proficiency with kitchen tools and equipment is a plus.
• Knowledge of food safety standards and safe handling practices.

Responsibilities

• Follow a prep list and complete tasks efficiently with speed.
• Read and follow recipes with precise measurements and portions.
• Prepare ingredients using knife skills for 200+ menu items.
• Operate ovens, fryers, grills, and other kitchen equipment.
• Label, date, and rotate ingredients using FIFO procedures.
• Maintain organization, safety, cleanliness, and sanitation.
• Support teamwork with clear communication and strong work ethic.
