The Cheesecake Factory Incorporated is seeking Prep Cooks to join a high-volume kitchen where you will follow prep lists, read recipes, and prepare ingredients for 200+ items with strong knife skills and care for safety and quality. You will work with a supportive team to ensure consistent, high-quality dishes.

Qualifications

• Proven ability to work in a fast-paced kitchen environment.
• Strong attention to detail and consistency in food prep.
• Willingness to support back-of-house operations and team

Responsibilities

• Follow a prep list and complete tasks efficiently with speed.
• Read recipes using accurate measurements and portioning.
• Prepare ingredients using knife skills: chopping, dicing, slicing.
• Use cooking methods including boiling, broiling, roasting, sautéing, frying and grilling.
• Prepare ingredients for 200+ menu items: sauces, dressings, soups.
• Operate ovens, fryers, broilers, flat tops, grills and slicers.
• Label, date, rotate food using FIFO procedures.
• Maintain organization, safety, cleanliness and sanitation standards.
