Job summary

Wind Creek Hospitality is seeking a Prep Cook to support kitchen operations at our East Hazel Crest property. The role covers setting up line stations and preparing menu items across pantry, grill, broiler, sauté, and garde manger, following recipes and quality standards.

You will read and assemble dishes, maintain organized work areas, and adhere to food safety and sanitation guidelines. This position requires ability to stand, lift up to 50 pounds, and occasionally work odd hours; Serve Safe

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED required.
• Eighteen (18) years of age or older.
• One year of high-volume cooking experience or culinary schooling preferred.
• Serve Safe Sanitation training required.

Responsibilities

• Adheres to food preparation methods, portion control, and garnishing.
• Reads and follows recipes/specifications.
• Maintains a clean, organized kitchen workspace and adheres to sanitation standards.
• Operates kitchen equipment safely; observes safety protocols.
