Job summary

Renaissance Honolulu Hotel & Spa, part of Crescent Hotels & Resorts, is seeking a Prep Cook in Honolulu. Responsibilities include preparing food to standard, maintaining a clean kitchen, and supporting the kitchen team in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Prepare food of consistent quality following recipe cards and production and portion standards, per check from servers.
• Start food items ahead of time, ensuring not to over-prepare estimated needs.
• Rotate perishables per Crescent standards and keep at proper temperatures.
• Check pars for shift use, determine necessary preparation, and assist in buffet stocking.
• Return unused items to storage with cover and date.
