Red Robin Gourmet Burgers and Brews is hiring Prep Cooks to join our high-volume kitchen. You will learn the Red Robin style of food preparation, including cutting, sautéing, broiling, frying, and cooking a variety of meals in a fast-paced setting.

Qualifications

• At least 18 years old.
• Strong team player with good communication.
• Organized with attention to detail.
• Able to meet Health & Safety standards.

Responsibilities

• Learn Red Robin style of food prep (cutting, sautéing, broiling, frying).
• Cook meats, fish, poultry, vegetables, soups, salads and more.
• Assist in kitchen operations in a high-volume restaurant.
• Support back-of-house teams to ensure quality and safety.
