Tao Group Hospitality is seeking a dedicated culinary team member to support the heart of the kitchen, preparing hot and cold dishes to the company standard. You will interact with colleagues and supervisors to ensure gracious hospitality, maintain clean stations, and follow FIFO for storage and inventory control.

Prior culinary experience is preferred, with exposure to high-volume operations. This role requires teamwork, quick movement, and the ability to stand for extended periods in a dynamic

Qualifications

• Previous culinary experience preferred.
• Prep and/or line cook experience in a high-volume culinary operation preferred.
• Ability to write, read, and verbally communicate.

Responsibilities

• Prepare hot and cold dishes to company standards.
• Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of station and kitchen.
• Label and store products following FIFO.
• Communicate product needs to chefs and staff.
• Assist with opening/closing prep tasks.
• Attend daily pre-service meetings and trainings.
• Work as part of a team to support colleagues.
