Zuma in San Diego is seeking a dedicated Prep Cook to assist with ingredient preparation, including washing, peeling, cutting, and portioning vegetables, meats, and seafood, ensuring every dish meets Zuma's standards.

You will collaborate with the kitchen team to produce sauces, dressings, and marinades, assemble menu items, and maintain a clean, organized work environment while working flexible hours.

Qualifications
