Zuma is part of the Azumi collection, dedicated to excellence and delivering an exceptional dining experience. As a ZumaPrep Cook, you’ll assist with ingredient prep, sauces, dressings, and production under Zuma standards, maintain a clean kitchen, and collaborate with a large team to support high-volume service.

Responsabilidades

• Assist in the preparation of ingredients, including washing, peeling, cutting, and portioning vegetables, meats, and seafood
• Prepare sauces, dressings, and marinades according to Zuma's recipes and standards
• Assist with the assembly and production of menu items
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen, including workstations, equipment, and storage areas
