Qualifications

• Previous experience as a Line Cook in a high-volume restaurant environment.
• Strong knowledge of Japanese cooking techniques, ingredients, and flavors is highly preferred.
• Must be able to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and cook a variety of Japanese-inspired dishes according to Zuma's recipes and standards.
• Work efficiently on the hot line, grill, or other designated stations as assigned by the Head Chef or Sous Chef.
• Execute all food orders with accuracy and consistency, ensuring timely delivery to guests.
• Maintain a thorough working knowledge of recipes, ingredients, allergens, and food presentation.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen, including workstations, equipment, and storage areas.
