Job summary

Qualifications

• 1+ year of line cook experience in a similar environment.
• Ability to walk or stand for long periods of time.
• English fluency; additional languages are a plus but not required.

Responsibilities

• Support a culture of Enlightened Hospitality.
• Handle all aspects of kitchen prep, cooking, and portioning to standards.
• Maintain and use kitchen equipment properly (fryers, blenders, processors, mixers, rotisserie).
• Ensure prep is well-seasoned and completed by designated times.
• Follow standard recipes and builds sheets as instructed by culinary leaders.
