Job summary

Qualifications

• Able to read recipes and food labels.
• Breaks down and prepares items per recipe manual.
• Must pass food safety certification program as required by Flanigan’s and Florida statutes.

Responsibilities

• Follows safety and sanitation policies.
• Prepares menu items per recipe manual and plate presentation.
• Maintains product rotation and par levels to keep the kitchen stocked; transports items as needed.
• Sets up and stocks prep stations; assists with dishwashing and cleaning.
• Communicates ticket times and supports smooth food flow to guests.
