Qualifications

• Minimum of one year of experience in kitchen preparation and line cook duties.
• Ability to follow directions and work as part of a team.
• Commitment to high standards of food safety, cleanliness, and pace.
• Must be able to read and understand basic cooking instructions.

Responsibilities

• Refer to the Daily Prep List for each shift and complete opening/closing checklists, reporting issues to the Chef.
• Prepare and portion meats, seafood, poultry, vegetables and other items for cooking on various kitchen equipment.
• Adhere to standard portion sizes, cooking methods, quality standards and kitchen policies.
• Maintain a clean and sanitary workstation and comply with health regulations.
