You will prepare meals, serve them promptly, and ensure accuracy with resident dietary needs. This role offers daily pay options and benefits eligibility based on status.

Responsibilities

• Prepare meals following Bickford’s menus, processes, and expectations.
• Serve food timely, at the correct temperatures, and appropriately plated.
• Ensure kitchen processes are followed during meal service.
• Interact with residents to enhance dining experience.
• Wash dishes and maintain dishwashing standards.
• Follow the Kitchen Daily Task Guide and organize tasks.
• Track diets, allergies, and preferences from resident information forms.
• Maintain records in line with regulations and policies.
• Store food per regulatory guidelines and policies.
• Keep kitchen and dining area clean and compliant with standards.
• Stock Bistro/Beverage Bar with refreshments as needed.
• Coordinate with Kitchen Manager to support tours and events.
