Responsibilities:

1. Prep vegetables, proteins, and sauces for use in recipes
2. Follow food safety guidelines for cooking, cooling & storage
3. Follow safety and sanitation procedures
4. Keep equipment clean and the work area organized
5. Complete duties without constant supervision

Requirements:

1. Minimum age 16 or older, based on applicable state & local requirements
2. Available to work weekend and holiday shifts
3. Ability to read recipes, prep sheets, and spec charts in English
4. Able to competently handle a knife and other kitchen utensils
5. Able to competently operate kitchen equipment
6. Continuous standing, bending, and lifting up to 60 pounds
7. Exposure to heat of equipment and kitchen environment
