We are currently hiring a Prep Cook responsible for food preparation for à la carte and banquet services. The role includes preparing products for outside services, washing and sanitizing pots, dishes, utensils, and carts either mechanically or by hand, stacking plates, and polishing silverware as needed.
This job has no supervisory responsibilities.

Less than high school education; or up to one month of related experience or training; or an equivalent combination of education and training.
Ability to work harmoniously with others, respond positively to instructions, and maintain productive relationships with staff.
