Position Snapshot:

The line cook is responsible for creating an exceptional culinary experience through food preparation and presentation. They ensure all food handling and preparation meet safety standards to protect our guests.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Deliver an outstanding guest experience with quality food, drinks, and games.
  2. Keep supervisors informed of any issues and take corrective actions when necessary.
  3. Follow all safety and sanitation policies and procedures.
  4. Operate kitchen equipment safely and correctly.
  5. Use chemicals properly for safety and cost control.
  6. Store all products properly at all times.
  7. Prepare and cook food according to recipes and standards.
  8. Control costs by following prep sheets to ensure freshness and reduce waste.
  9. Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of all kitchen areas.
  10. Ensure station cleanliness and maintenance.
  11. Assist team members as needed to support business needs.
  12. Foster a positive working relationship with team members to promote a harmonious environment.
  13. Maintain a friendly demeanor, smiling frequently during shifts, including days, nights, and weekends.
  14. Previous kitchen experience is preferred but not required.
  15. Communicate clearly with team members.
  16. Be disciplined and self-motivated.
  17. Dress neatly and professionally according to guidelines.
  18. Must be at least 18 years old.
Physical Requirements:

The physical demands include working in a noisy, fast-paced environment, moving about the facility, standing for long periods, lifting up to 30 pounds, and performing frequent reaching, bending, and cleaning tasks.
