Job summary

Boston Mills and Brandywine Ski Area is hiring for winter 2026/27 in the United States. Roles include cooks, drivers, instructors and more, with starting pay of $20.00 per hour and both full-time and part-time shifts available.

Housing is not provided. The company emphasizes training, development and living our core values while delivering memorable guest experiences in the mountains.

Qualifications

• Must be able to communicate fluently in English.
• No formal experience required.
• Able to stand for extended periods and lift up to 40 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Make connections with guests and co-workers.
• Share our passion for the mountains during service.
• Follow the leadership's guidelines as outlined during the daily pre-shift meeting.
• Prepare a range of food items in a fun teamwork-oriented environment.
• Maintain clean and tidy workstations throughout and at the end of the workday.

The expected pay range is$20.00/hr. This is the pay range we reasonably expect to pay for this position. Individual compensation decisions are based on a variety of factors.
