Vail Resorts in Breckenridge, Colorado invites you to join our Winter Seasonal team for 2026/2027. Roles span Cooks, Drivers, Instructors, and more, with starting wages at $20.00 per hour. No formal experience required—training is provided and English fluency is essential.

Enjoy Epic Service training, free mountain passes and lessons, and extensive employee perks including discounts on lodging, gear, and shuttles. Applications are accepted on a rolling basis until positions fill or December 15.

The expected pay range is$20.00/hr. This is the pay range we reasonably expect to pay for this position. Individual compensation decisions are based on a variety of factors.
