Boston Mills and Brandywine Ski Area is hiring for Winter Seasonal 2026/2027 positions. The family-friendly resort offers starting wage of $20.00/hr, on-site work, and both full-time and part-time hours.

Roles span across multiple departments including food and beverage, retail, and mountain operations. Employees receive ski passes, discounts, and access to training and development along with wellness benefits.

Qualifications

• Must be able to communicate fluently in English.
• Desire to learn and grow.
• Ability to stand and walk for extended periods of time, to bend, lift and carry objects up to 40lbs.
• We will teach you all necessary skills to be able to execute your job safely, no formal experience is needed.

Responsibilities

• Make connections with guests and co-workers.
• Share our passion for the mountains during service.
• Follow the leadership's guidelines as outlined during the daily pre-shift meeting.
• Set beverage stations and food displays, cashier, greet guests and bus tables.
• Maintain clean and tidy workstations throughout and at the end of the workday.
• Other duties as assigned.

A Restaurant Crew team member is a flexible employee who often works across multiple departments and in various roles to support the one resort mentality which could include one of the following:

Mountain Activities

Retail Rental operations

Food and Beverage Support

Ticket sales or scanning

Lift Operations

Base Area Operations

The expected pay range is$20.00/hr. This is the pay range we reasonably expect to pay for this position. Individual compensation decisions are based on a variety of factors.
