Job summary

Vail Resorts is hiring for winter seasonal roles at our mountain resorts. The position offers a starting wage of $20.00 per hour, with no prior experience required and on-the-job training. Employees receive free passes, discounted lift tickets for friends/family, lodging discounts, and opportunities for growth through Epic Service.

The expected pay range is$20.00/hr. This is the pay range we reasonably expect to pay for this position. Individual compensation decisions are based on a variety of factors.
