Who you are

As a Prep Cook, you will be responsible for the daily preparation of food items for daily service. You have a strong passion for food, an eagerness to develop and build on your skills as a cook and be an integral part of a team that values hard work and attention to every detail.

What you’ll do

• As a Prep Cook on our team, you'll be instrumental in ensuring the kitchen runs smoothly.
• Your responsibilities include preparing ingredients according to established recipes and chef specifications.
• You'll assist in measuring and portioning ingredients, maintaining an organized and well-stocked kitchen, and supporting the overall efficiency of food preparation.

What we need from you

• At least 2 years experience in a Prep Cook role in a full-service restaurant
• Must have current Food Handler and TABC permits
• Must be flexible with ability to work nights, weekends, and holidays
• Ability to stand or walk for long periods of time
• Ability to lift objects up to 30 lbs.
• Must have reliable transportation to/from work
