Job Duties:

• Prepare and portion a variety of food for daily service such as pizza sauce, pizza dough, cheese, vegetables, and soup using proper FIFO methods and proper sanitation.
• Assist with putting deliveries away.
• Assist cooks where needed.
• Filter and clean fryers.
