The Signature Bar and Grillis a local favorite for good food and drinks and is seeking a qualified candidate to join our night shift line crew. The ideal candidate will have a year of prior experience running grill, fryers, and pizza, but we are willing to train the right candidate.

Job Duties:

• Follow standard recipes
• Prepare food in a fast-paced environment
• Communicate with kitchen staff and front of house to expedite meals and 86'd items
• Prepare traditional pub foods such as appetizers, burgers, sandwiches, steak, and daily specials
• Keep work area cleaned and organized and follow proper health code and sanitation standards

Hours and Pay:

• We are seeking candidates for the following days/times:
• Saturday: 10am-2pm (once a month)
• Wednesday - Saturday: 4/5pm-9/10pm
• Sunday: 10am-4pm or 4pm-8pm
• Pay starts at $16.00 per hour depending upon experience
