• Prepare recipes by measuring ingredients using various cooking methods.
• Clean, sanitize, and maintain the prep workspace as required.
• Manage time effectively to yield high quality food products.
• Operate, maintain, clean, and sanitize kitchen equipment.
• Follow safety, sanitation procedures, and restaurant protocols.
• Ensure only quality finished products are served to guests.
• Use proper portioning utensils and follow recipe guidelines.
• Work cooperatively with kitchen team and management.
• Multi-task and complete tasks safely and efficiently.
• Handle sanitation and cleaning chemicals safely and store appropriately.

Beer Barrel Pizza & Grill is seeking motivated and reliable candidates to join our team! For this position, we are seeking full-time candidates that can produce high quality results in a fast-paced kitchen environment with a high priority for consistency, safety, and sanitation.

Responsibilities:

• Ability to read, comprehend, and follow Restaurant Food Manual, Recipes, and Instruction Guides
• Following a Prep List and Prioritizing Completion based on par Levels and Restaurant Need
• Adhering to Product Date Labelling and Food Storage Hierarchy Guidelines, as outlined by Restaurant Policy and Health Department Regulations
• Prepare Recipes by Measuring Ingredients, Boiling, Broiling, Baking, Sauteing, and Using Proper Cooling Methods
• Cleaning, Sanitizing, and Detailing the Prep Workspace as Needed and as Required by Restaurant Protocol
• Managing Time Effectively and Working Efficiently to Yield High Quality Food Products
• Operating, Maintaining, Cleaning, and Sanitizing all Kitchen Equipment per Instruction
• Following all Safety and Sanitation Procedures as well as Restaurant Protocols
• Ensuring only Quality Finished Products are Served to our Guests
