Compensation Range

$17.30 - $20.75 / Hour

What You'll Do:

Our prep cooks prepare and portion fresh ingredients and hundreds of prep recipes for use in our delicious dishes, with more than 200 dishes made from scratch daily. You’ll master culinary techniques and skills in a professional, fast-paced kitchen, whether it’s crafting creamy mashed potatoes or tamarind sauce for our Avocado Eggrolls.

Your Background:
  • Strong knife skills
  • Knowledge of weights, measurements, and volumes
  • Attention to detail to ensure consistency
  • Maintaining a sanitary, food-safe workstation
  • Team player willing to collaborate in the kitchen
  • Ability to stand for extended periods, lift up to 50 pounds, and bend, reach, and twist
  • Must be at least 18 years old
