Sushi Chefs please have the following qualifications:

• 5+ years in a high-volume environment
• Excellent knowledge of sushi and Japanese cuisine
• Passionate about sushi and the culinary arts
• Excellent understanding of hospitality
• Excellent knife & prep skills
• Attention to detail
• Please be a team player
• Have reliable transportation

Sushi Chef hourly range: $19-26 plus tips, depending on experience. This position could also be part-time.

Line Cooks

Please have experience in a high-volume restaurant. High standards are a must. Pay range is $20-26 per hour plus tips.

Bartenders

Please have high-volume craft cocktail experience and a passion for hospitality and providing excellent service to guests!

All positions require punctuality for every shift and reliable transportation.
